      Product Owner Interview

      15 Feb 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Franklin, TN
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Onlife Health (Franklin, TN) in Dec 2022

      Interview

For me it was 3 rounds. Company Recruiter asked basic questions, then Teams meeting with the Hiring Manager, then 2.5 hour panel interview over Teams with different groups. Each group asked questions relevant to the job, situational questions, describe a time questions. Mostly understanding how you would handle the role and how you would fit in culturally. Each group gave you the opportunity to ask questions of them. The whole process was pretty conversational and comfortable.

      Question 1

How would you connect and build rapport with people of another culture remotely? (they have development staff overseas)
