Step 1 - This consists of a 30min call with an HR manager to understand your motivations. Step 2 - If selected, you will be proposed a 1h interview (in person if possible) with 2 Compliance Officers to discuss about past experience/motivations/interest in the position. Mainly fit questions. Potentially you will visit the office at the end. Step 3 - As a final/confirmation stage, you will have a 30min interview with an HR manager and you should receive an offer shortly offer (subject to the number of shortlistes candidates).
