There were two rounds of interviews, first with the person who would be my manager, and next with the CEO. Pretty average/standard interview process in my opinion. The first interview was to gauge my experience / knowledge, and the second interview was to gauge whether I'd be a good fit - there were more personality-type questions.

Question 1
How would you describe your work style? What kind of people do you like to work with? What are you looking for in a role with Oneupweb?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oneupweb in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview consisted of a video call with the CEO and then a panel interview with the team.
While the interviewers were nice, it was clear they expect the candidate to move to Traverse City even though the job description says they will "consider" remote candidates and list the job as REMOTE on Indeed.
The company also never followed up with a proper rejection after an hour of interviewing and just ghosted me which I believe is super unprofessional. For a company based out of no-where town, you'd think they'd at least have good hiring practices to attract talent.
It was a joke. Unprepared, unprofessional interviewers. I am highly qualified for the role for which I was interviewing, but their questions were more about how "cool" I am, rather than my genuine qualifications.
