      Customer Service and Technical Support Interview

      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OneSupport in Oct 2016

      Interview

      First call came in with no prior communication, it was basically a phone interview asking about availability. They asked if I can send them my computer info which I did. From there they set up a video interview. The video interview was very impersonal, he wasn't trying to get to know me but instead asked generic questions. I have been through many interviews and hired people for years and this person was not a happy person, I already knew I wasn't getting the position just going by his demeanor.
