A phone interview with a recruiter, was called the same day I applied. Two days later was asked to meet and shadow with the District Manager, he was very nice and welcoming and really wanted to make sure that the job was the right fit for whoever was to receive it. It fekt more like a conversation than an interview. A few hours after my interview I was asked to meet with the Store Manager, he was also extremely nice. Exactly 7 days later I was offered the position and next day received offer letter via email.

STAR interview for sure. Make sure you're specific with your answers, using specific events in your past experiences to support your answer. They're looking for the instances, and will gauge how you responded/handled the event.
