Initial phone screening with some basic behavioral questions, then went onto an interview with the team I was applying for. The interview with the team was mostly just about my resume and what technical skills I had.

Screening interview, panelist found that my skillset doesnt match with the profile.. notified politely that im not fit for it so we are moving head with another candidate. the also explained the criticallity of the project.
