      Initial phone interview was a lot of get to know you questions. Then it went to why you chose to apply there. They did ask what managerial style you prefer. Next round was a personality questionnaire.

      A recently hired(lateral move) recruiter at OneMedia is an unprofessional recruiter. Her cons are no small talk ability. This is crucial for a recruiter. Recruiters need to show personality and to make the applicants feel comftorable thoughout the interview since it is a stressful time for them. She was mumbling throughout her pitch. Recruiters need to be clear when speaking and to project confidence. Mumbling shows a lack of confidence. Her biggest flaw is that she treats the interviewee as "next on in line." She rushed through the entire interview. I know this because she called me significantly earlier than the scheduled time. She shows apathy to the interviewee by portraying that she is reading from a script and is uninterested in them. This was the first recruiter that I spoke to were i lost interest in the role minutes into the interview because of how she presented herself. Recruiters need to have the human element of connecting and resonating with their clients. Recruiters need to put themselves in interviewee's shows but she does not. Management has failed her by not training her well. Management needs to provide their recruiters with more training so they are better prepared when speaking with clients. If the recruiters are still uncomftorable in their speaking ability and how they treat other human beings, they must be removed. Treat others how they want to be treated.

      She asked the usual questions, nothing suprising over an entry level role. the tone and how nonchalant she was made it an unwelcoming experience.
