Was contacted by a recruiter for a screening within a week or so of applying for the position. Was then asked to take a 6o minute Excel assessment as soon as possible. The assessment was very confusing and I have no idea what my final score was. All I know was that I did not pass because the recruiter canceled our screening call. I wasn't even worthy of a 30 minute phone call. I guess giving an Excel assessment right away is one way to weed people out and not waste time. Not sure why you have to be an Excel guru for the role. Insurance knowledge should be the most important qualifications. You can always brush up on Excel skills. Honestly I'm glad I didn't waste my time as well. This is clearly not a company I would want to work for.
