OneConnect Financial Technology interview questions

Went through and passed the final stages of the interviews. HR was negotiating the pay with me and we came to a consensus. Then, I submitted my recent pay slips to justify my recent drawn. However, thereafter, I was being ghosted. Not even being offered the role while they continue interviewing other candidates for the same role. Accepted the offer, Agreed on the Remuneration with HR, Sent pay slips to HR for verification. HR keep mentioning that the decision maker is on a business trip and will do the confirmation few days later. End up being ghosted for one month despite follow up. They end it off saying they continued interviewing and selected another candidate. My point is why waste time asking and agreeing the remuneration package and even ask me when I can start work when nothing is definite! This type of tactic tarnishes the reputation of the company in recruiting high caliber candidates. To all potential new joiners, Beware in what you are about to go through!

typical sales interview process. i took two rounds and is rejected on the 2nd round. in general, it is not bad. it took around 30 mins for the first round and 45 mins for the 2nd round
