The people at OneCause were fantastic and respectful at all points. It was a somewhat typical process: a technical screen, followed by a take-home project, followed by a series of final interviews with senior staff members. The culture was encouraging, and the product and mission seem to be represented by the company. I declined only because my long term career goals did not align with the role, and I had another offer.
