Advanced approached me having previously been employed by them. I was recommended by an ex-colleague. I had a phone conversation with a senior manager and then attended a face to face meeting where I completed the test and then a relaxed conversation took place for about an hour or so.

Just simple competency questions and what motivates me to join, the interviewers are very friendly and explained their department as well as their day to day work. The HR was very helpful at first, but eventually disappeared
