HR was very friendly and positive, but I found the three-stage interview process to be disjointed. Interviewees showed up late on multiple occasions (for a 30-minute slot), little time was left for questions and they were highly critical of another well-known and tree-planting non-profit. I was surprised by this and it threw the company culture into doubt for me, it also made me question how much operational knowledge is embedded within the teams.
