First, getting to know the interviewee, checking on communication skills, and a few questions. Then the final feedback. Instructions are further given according to your interview performance. Basically a simple step-oriented interview and straight to the point.

Interview
The whole process lasted for a week, I was taken through a series of training. Given books to read and videos to watch and discuss. After the Selection interview, I was asked to pay 60$(US), which is the equivalent of 61,800 naira to join the Business Development program which does not guarantee a role with them. I opted out because no organization should ask potential employees to pay an amount to join them and the payment was not mentioned from the onset.
