      Scrum Master Interview

      8 Oct 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Folsom, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at One Inc (Folsom, CA) in Jun 2023

      Interview

The interview process was smooth and conversational. The team was welcoming and friendly, creating a comfortable environment. They asked a mix of questions about my Scrum experience, focusing on both practical application and real-world scenarios — things like how I handle sprint planning, facilitate retros, and remove blockers. Overall, it felt like a genuine discussion about how I approach teamwork and agile delivery rather than a strict Q&A.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

One of the questions they asked was how I handle conflicts within a Scrum team.
