Not honest. Went in thinking this would be an entry level Manager position but I was explained this was a sales position that required selling windshield wiper fluid at gas stations. Had three interviews. Waited around 45 minutes in their office area listening to loud music while Sonny the receptionist made multiple phone calls reciting the same speech over and over to more possible interviewies. At my first interview, I was told they had interviewed 80 people that week and were selecting 5 to move on to the next step. Made it seem like a big deal, however I heard the receptionist earlier sceduale multiple people for a second interview during my time there. Very sketchy. The interviewer explained the process of steps it took to make the salary advertised in the initial job application. The first step requires, as he said, "2 weeks to 1 year" worth of being a brand ambassador. They offered $400 for the week. But after asking further, this is offered only for those that work 6 days a week. The shift was something like 12pm-8pm. Saturdays were earlier. It seemed like the other employees were still in that stage because they were going out to gas stations at the time to make sales in commisions. It seemed odd but management was nice and I was naive during this time so I came back for the 2nd interview when I was called. Waited another 45 minutes to speak to a diffrent manager. She asked few questions. They pertained to if i had a reliable vechicle, and if the commute was ok. She explained the process of steps, same as the first. Made it seem that it would take a signifigant amount of time to make anything close to what the initial job application said. Had a 3rd interview with the same person from the first interview right after. He again made sure I had a vehicle. The job had nothing to do with the initial posting so I was dissapointed. They just want you to sell windshield wiper fluid at gas stations. Don't apply unless that's something you genuinely want to do.
