OnSource Inspector interview questions

I applied online for an independent contractor job. I received a message that it would be 3-5 business days before being approved. Over a month later I receive an email to fill out one of the two forms I already completed. A week later they figure this out but never followed through with their process. I decided to stop sending emails. If it’s this difficult now, how will it be when it’s time to get paid. No thanks. Completely unprofessional.
