Phone interview and in person interview with 4 people. Pretty easy and quick process. The longest thing about the interview was the wait time for the rotation of the interviewers, if they remembered that they were supposed to interview you.

None really, but be aware that you can possibly end up with an interviewer or interviewers that will let you know that they haven't looked at your resume and will show 0 interest during the interview. Also, they will leave you in a room waiting for each person for 20 mins and up.

applied online. 1st and 2nd round went smoothly. then on-site. scheduled to pick me up at the airport, but no one came. told me to provide receipt then reimburse me, but didn't. employees I met seemed don't really care about the job or the interview.
BTW, this "shadow banking" business don't really last long.
