The hiring practice is likely different from state to state. When I was hired, I was asked normal and expected questions. When I began my first day of training, I was in a group of other new hires. We were told that our employment was contingent upon passing the drug test. A few days later, one of the other "new hires" was mysteriously missing. Please note that if you have taken drugs within 30 days of being hired, you will not make it past the first day of training.
