Standard level of interview. Very positive. Made you feel wanted. Said a 2nd interview was coming and I was contacted immediately for it. 2nd went well asked for more details on work history said I was a great candidate and would be recommended for a 3rd interview. A couple of days later they told me they hired someone and I wouldn't get the 3rd interview.
Interview was easy and laid back and I connected well with the president.
However despite 2 interviews going well I never heard back even after 2 follow up emails. Small organization so not totally unexpected.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at On Location (Paris) in May 2024

Echange de mail dans un premier temps. Puis ensuite j'ai eu un entretien avec les ressources humaines. Après nous avons été mis en relation pour faire un entretien avec directeur du pôle et ensuite le manager de la section.
