On Call International interview questions

Applied online and after a few day received invitation for a Teams interview with someone from HR. The interview was more like an interrogation that lasted a solid 40 minutes. It definitely made me feel uncomfortable and left a bad impression.

Initial Interview: If the candidate passes the screening process, they may be invited for an initial interview with a recruiter or HR representative. This may be conducted over the phone, video call, or in-person. The purpose of this interview is to get a sense of the candidate's skills, experience, and personality, and to see if they are a good fit for the company. The purpose of this interview is to assess the candidate's fit with the team and to discuss the details of the job offer.
