Omnitec Design interview questions

Omnitec represents itself as a company aiding in the betterment of air ventilation devices and providing health safety by selling HEPA filtered devices. The majority of associates wear masks inside with these devices supposedly purifying the air environment. These two data points did not align for me. Additionally, the company lacks diversity by having all white males with high executive titles while interviewing me (a female) for lower ranking title to solve ALL of their supply chain operations. Two of the male executives blamed a former minority female Sr. Buyer for their lack of assembly efficiency. This says a lot. The bathroom had no soap and the door did not lock. The front corridor had soiled and moldy carpet.
