A ton of basic questions not to assess my skills but ended up asking me questions about advertising in general for his information. CEO made promises, couldn't commit to, advertised services the company didn't hold up to. Didn't know what he was talking about. Spoke to one other person and they had no idea the difference between marketing and advertising

I took an intro call with them, then three seperate video interviews with people of different positions on the team. Both hard skill (fundamental) and soft skill (personality type) questioning.

I don't respect that.
