One on one with Head of Marketing, did not have any dealings with HR or a recruitment team. Interview was casual with a few basic questions, not given anything specific to prep. There was one particular skill which turned out to be important for the role which I didn't have, and I didn't get the role. Didn't hear notice until I followed up.
