The selection process consisted of four rounds. It began with an initial conversation with HR, followed by interviews with the direct line manager and team leaders. Each round covered a mix of general and behavioral questions, along with discussions around my professional experience and approach to work.
Although it took approximately two months to receive the final offer, the timeline and expectations were clearly communicated from the outset, which made the process feel transparent and well-managed. Overall, it was an excellent experience—professional, engaging, and well structured.
