I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OmniPoint Staffing (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
Asked right questions for the position they were hiring. I would put it medium as I was interviewed at both technical, functional and managerial experience. Overall experience with OmniPoint during the interview process was candidate friendly.

They contacted me for a short term contract, and I was in the job market and thought that this would be a great way to experience contract work, as I had never been a contractor before (W2 Only)

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OmniPoint Staffing in May 2017
Interview
They first reached out to me over the phone, and that conversation lasted about 30 minutes.
From that, there were more phone conversations, all of them around half an hour.
I came into the office at 9 a.m. on a Friday. There were multiple interviews, some face-to-face and some over the phone (someone was out on maternity leave), and they took me out to lunch, with the whole thing ending around 2 p.m. I really liked the people there and I really thought I would have been a great fit.
I noticed they re-posted the position later that evening, right before a holiday weekend.
I didn't hear anything back, after multiple phone calls, letters, and emails.
For a recruiting firm, I considered it disappointing and rather unprofessional that they would have wasted their own time, and my own, and not even bothered to give me an answer. And I would have given them a positive review, because it wasn't that bad and I honestly felt as though I had done really well, had they let me know they weren't going to hire me.
