Detailed and showed process that was contained in two small rooms. Its a very small company. In a very small building. People asked questions and stared. In fact the people I talked too stared too much without talking. My friend interviewed there and told me the same story he felt they were staring without talking. The parking was in a paid lot that they did not reimburse you for. He got hired and stayed a month before finding a better job. He said that the job was very repetitive. I liked the company and to be honest I don't mind doing repetitive work. It seemed like a good job. But let me tell all that there is no way to tell what a potential company wants or finds important. You could come across as fully acceptable and they hire a friend of the boss. I did get a tip from a insider to send a resume but that was it. I had no clue as to what to expect. The interviewers seemed to show little in the area of personality. It was business and no smile.
