Omega Resource Group interview questions

The application and interview process was nice and simple. Initial telephone interview with internal recruiter and then two stage interview both with hiring manager and regional manager. Standard interview questions with regards to customer service and sales experience, nothing daunting.

Assessment day, required to analyse some employment information and figures, short presentation on a topic of your choice which could be related to recruitment. Initially met 2 recruitment managers, and the then-divisional director. Heavily focused on ensuring I was sales driven and able to communicate well.
