I was contacted directly by the recruiter, I did two phone interviews, the person doing the interview seemed very distracted and had a tough time answering basic questions that I asked (what is the culture like, what are your expectations fo the job ect.) while he said he was with the company I question if he wasn't a headhunter or some other outside recruiter. I heard through the grapevine after 30 days that the job was filled by another person but I never did hear back from the compnay even after repeated follow up on my part.
