Ombori interview questions

The whole interview process was quite smooth but the response took way too long. First there was an aptitude test, followed by a phone screening interview. Then a 1:1 with the Hiring Manager and finally a presentation followed by Q&A. The final interview took place mid April. I only find out about the outcome in mid June.

!!!WARNING: Candidates you are being warned, do NOT waste your precious time for this company. Disappointment is the only outcome. Glassdoor please help candidates to avoid such a company who are so condescending!!! In all honesty, One of the worst companies you can ever interview for, seriously don't even bother applying. It starts directly from the code challenge and no opportunity to even speak with with any tech team or anything about the role as they think candidates are beneath them and not worth their time. That was the first red flag. But naively I still proceeded. After investing two FULL precious days on weekend doing their code challenge (only front end focused but they advertised their role as fullstack) it took almost 7 days of following back to only get the response "we are not proceeding with you". There was no feedback, no reason for rejection, no good bad points etc. just this one line which shows how condescending their attitude is. Imagine, you never got a chance to speak to actual people there, invest time (2 FULL days) to finish all the requirements and after 7 days get told "no" that's all. If Ombori still has any humanity left please think how you would feel if someone treats you like that. Candidates MAKE your company and should be treated with respect and deserve a feedback (which is honest) Ombori expects to build a FULL application for them for free and with a very high standards but are not even ready to invest their time in writing feedback and having a conversation. Infact they don't even bother to have ANY conversation with you which is extremely sketchy as they get application for free and then all you get in return is "no". They are not even interested in hiring just free application. The people at Ombori should really be ashamed at themselves for treating candidates with such disrespect and putting no effort from their side. Invest your time in other good company who will atleast respect you as a candidate and would give you genuine feedback should something go wrong instead of taking your application for free and magically eliminating you from the process.
