First interview was a brief meeting about the position. Second interview was a more in-depth conversation with more people of how job seekers experience and personality would fit into the role.

How has your previous experience provided you with the skills for this position?
They started with a call from someone in HR who described the job. Then a 90 minute meeting with the person in HR and then three managers who went through my resume to get to know me and then went through the parts of the job in a lot of detail.

Interview
After submitting my resume, it took about a week to hear anything. They called for me to come into an informational session to give me a break down of the job and the company. The talent acquisition manager was amazing and in the informational session, they try to give you tips for a successful interview if you listen hard enough. The interview itself was about a week later. It was a panel interview with managers and leads from the department. Very relaxed interview method, probably the best I’ve ever been to. They don’t care about standard interview procedures. They want to get to know you and if you’ll be a good fit by just having a relaxed and informed conversation. Honesty and positivity is the best policy! I am very impressed with this company.
