Interview
We normally screen candidates who apply for our jobs by phone. Then if we like what we have heard so far, we will set up an interview in person. Normally you will interview with three people.

We ask a variety of questions. We like to know who you are and where you come from. We want to know your strengths and what you don't like in the work place. How good are you at computers without saying you are good at computers.
