Stressful, intimidating. Owner made it feel like I was unable to understand the process and their clientele. Don't recommend interviewing or working here. Just don't do it. Not a friendly environment.

Interview was fairly quick. The owner was present and welcoming. Asked questions about background and previous experience. Be prepared to know your target population for treatment and what you are open to doing in terms of counseling, groups, training.
