I had a highly professional interview with the India Head — he joined the call on time, gave me ample opportunity to speak, provided a warm and clear introduction, and engaged in a thorough, thoughtful discussion. I left the conversation feeling respected and well-informed about the role and company. It was an exploratory call, and while my skills did not align with what he was seeking, he clearly and respectfully explained why he would not be moving forward to the next step. Overall, it was a positive and transparent experience that reflects well on the company.

A recruiter reached out to me, and the interview process was conducted through FlairX. Overall, the experience was very poor and highly unprofessional. 1. It began with scheduling issues—they set the interview outside the availability slots I had provided. 2. During the interview, there were numerous technical difficulties with the platform, which led to significant time being wasted. 3. The interview was supposed to be anonymous, but it turned out to be private only from their side. 4. The interviewer appeared disinterested throughout the session. 5. When I raised concerns about the technical issues, the FlairX team responded very rudely.
