The interview process included an initial HR screen, a meeting with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview conducted online and two onsite interviews — five rounds total that felt purposeful and well organized rather than exhausting.
What truly set this experience apart was the quality of the HR interaction. I have interviewed at many companies over the years and I have never had an HR representative proactively call me before a panel interview to prepare me for what to expect. That level of care and thoughtfulness toward a candidate — not yet even an employee — spoke volumes about the culture at Olema.
