Old Second National Bank interview questions

There was only one interview and that was with the recruiter. The deal breaker was the salary. Very low. I believe the position is more of a entry level and not necessarily with little or no experience for this position.

1st interview with HR: pretty standard. why you wanna work there. what you know about the company. previous job experience. know anything about excel. 2nd round: meet in person with Credit manager. super nice. behavioral questions and technical ones. how you work with group. what drives you. how to handle disagreement. technical ones were understanding income and balance sheets. accounting terms. then you have to do an assessment in 20 mins which wasn't too bad but never mentioned in the email until you get there. 1 part was see which doesn't fit and other one was find net income with different spreadsheets.
