They have 3 stages of interview and it include face to face, online and they psychometric test, which are grouped into three again. Supervised assessment which is very long. The interview are very tenchnical and you need to know your staff.

What is the one thing that you think need improvement at Old Mutual
It was straight forward basic questions about yourself. No technical question. No real knowledge needed. The person was friendly and accommodating.

Interview
Interviewed in 2024, online application, online games, in-person panel interview and, lastly a background check was conducted. Once a background check was successful an offer was sent and, after accepting the offer, onboarding began.
