It was a one-hour panel interview with 4 people (HR, Team Lead, Project Manager). We started with the usual background and "why are you changing jobs" or "what is your perfect team leader" questions. Then they spent almost the entire hour drilling me on SQL, which was only listed as "good to know" in the job ad, and asked almost nothing about Linux. After all that, they told me "no" right on the spot at the end of the hour.
