did well in the interview, didn't get the job. told it was because i did not have experience in a SaaS company (which i had listed on my resume) nor enough experience (hired a person with a year less experience). Also please just send a quick rejection email rather than stringing the candidate along when you can't come up with concrete reasons for rejection.
