Unnecessarily chaotic interview process. Okta clearly is struggling with leadership clarity. The process was changed several times after the initial outline from the recruiter and hiring manager. A technical assessment was unrelated to the role itself. A 30 minute presentation and Q&A with leadership was virtual. Several other meetings were added after the final round. Questions were not aligned to the posted job description. Meetings were delayed and rescheduled multiple times, despite tight dues dates for deliverables (technical assessment and slide deck were required to be submitted ahead of time). I can't overstate how misguided and unprofessional this entire process was from start to finish.
