I had two 20-minute interviews with engineers who work there, which basically served as a smell test to rule out candidates who are obvious faking it. Both of the interviewers told me that I would hear back from them about the third interview, which is a mini-project that I would get to work on for about 8 hours and then present in front of a panel of employees. But instead of receiving an invitation to do this, I got a rejection email. I probably saved 8+ hours of my life, but I wish they didn't string me along and tell me that I'm still in the running.
