Interview
I had a short (15-20 minute-long) phone screening with a contracted recruiter (not an OhioHealth employee) which was the first step in the process after submitting an application. The next step in the process would have been an interview with the manager.

What project management-related certifications do you have?
Pre-screen interview with recruiter, did not hear back from them, which is fine because I wasn't interested in the position after hearing about it. But I hate that practice, just send me the generic bot email that says I didn't get the role. I am an adult, I can handle it.
