I applied online and recieved a call from the director of pharmacy for an interview the next week. During the call he explained the interview process to me: 30 minute interview with himself and a 30 minute panel interview with the full time pharmacists and technicians. Due to the panel peice of the interview I was told they only conduct interviews on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I returned his call Wednesday and so he pushed for a next day interview which i didnt like too much but accepted. Once there he didnt ask many questions. A few about experience but left the time very open, and asked if i had questions. Very casual. The panel portion was nice. I got to meet the team and they were very kind and goal driven. This half explained the role and expectations in much more detail. It was the best part of the interview in my opinion. I could sample the atmosphere and how i fit and see what everyones expectations were. Last, i was given a tour of the facility and told what to expect in terms of follow-up. Although they were all very nice, i think it became apparent during the interview that the schedule and hours werent something that worked for both of us.
