After graduations form uni I saw that Oh Polly were looking for a Junior Web Developer - perfect for me. I got a telephone interview 2 days after I applied and then it just went completely radio silent. I emailed them after waiting 3 weeks asking for feedback as it was obvious I hadn’t gotten it as I was sure she said I would hear back soon. I got an email the following day that due to current resources and circumstances the job recruitment for the job had been put on hold! They said if the job came up again they could keep my details to which I said yes and it’s 2 years later and I’ve never heard a thing from them.
