Interview
Generally straightforward, met up with the store manager and was asked about past work experience, availability, times you faced a challenge and how you managed the situation, and whether I had a reliable mode of transport. Lasted around 15 minutes so fairly quick and received an offer a week later.

Had the interview with the store manager. Felt like a genuine conversation rather than an intense interview which was good - no panel. Made me feel comfortable and not so nervous

The interview process involved skills tests and online games, followed by a one way video interview, then finally an in person interview with the store business manager. A bit much for an interview for a team member but was not too difficult.
