The owners of this company are not technically strong so they usually defer the interviewing to an existing senior developer of their company.
They'd ask you some good practical questions regarding your domain.
However, afterward the final interview with the owners is a bit weird.
They don't have any structure inside the company leading to utter chaos in terms of development and deployment process. They expect you to work during the weekends. That sort of thing is common during a time crunch but as per the owners it's gonna be like that for a long time.
No matter how desperate you are, do not join a company where a technologically illiterate person is calling the shots. You'd be miserable within a week.
