I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Office Depot (Kent, WA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied through craigslist. I sent my resume to the post and received a phone call. I was then asked to come in for a interview. The interview was with the SR. Manager of the facility. The interview was about 30 minutes. Asked questions about my work experience and work availability.
The interview is typically with two managers. And they ask your typical interview questions of how you would benefit the company. They prefer to hire from friend and family referrals. HR is also a complete joke because they always side with management no matter if the manager is in the wrong.
Easy interview process, got hired right away. Questions were simple and basic. No tricky questions. Straight to the point. Showed us around the warehouse before the interview as well as taught us how the place worked.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Office Depot (Bristol, PA) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process went very smooth, however the interviewer failed to tell me that the position was a till close position, i.e that I would be expected to stay until production was finished which could be till four in the morning. I was led to believe my hours would only be 5-10pm. I found out the truth on my first day, which led to me quitting.
