First interview was a phone screen with some general questions. After that, the in-person interview, which was several hours long. First I met with the hiring manager, who was also the phone screener, and we had a longer talk that included some technical aptitude screening for Excel. Then I met the director of the department. After that I was screened by the CFO. The whole process took about 3-4 hours.
