Applied online, got a call the next day, interviewed with recruiter, then hiring manager the following week. seemed to go well, told I would hear back in a week or so for a follow-up. Sent thank you emails to both people. Then I was completely ghosted. Sent additional email.....no response. Very unprofessional.

I felt very welcomed and confident. Our interview went awesome and felt I was part of the TEAM already. I received a call and did an interview for about 15 minutes. Then it was followed by an email for a one-one interview with the rest of the team.

What was my previous experience as a Project Manager
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Offerpad (Gilbert, AZ) in Jul 2018
Interview
Phone screen, phone interview, in-person interview (Director of Product, CAO, COO, IT director). Phone interview was 45 minutes, in-person was with four people and took 3+ hours. Radio silence after the in-person interview. Emailed the hiring manager after a week, he said someone would get in contact with me. I called in directly after three weeks and got a three sentence rejection email the same day.
