The person I spoke to was very friendly and they took the interview process very seriously. They were extremely professional. I was comfortable to speak about my previous experiences. I was also treated with the upmost respect.

Just chat with owner's wife but she is more looking for personal click the professional experiences. Basically asking what you are donig in current job and previous jobs. She talked more than interviewer. It felt like inviewing for part time job at Walmart. Also they want to see right away too.
