Interview
First, I had an initial phone interview with HR. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview, where I met with three interviewers at the same time. They were very kind, relaxed, and friendly. The questions were fast-paced, detailed, and aimed at assessing my Amazon expertise. I wished I could have demonstrated my research using my laptop. Even I understand and respect the company’s policies, requiring five days in the office for an eCommerce role doesn’t seem practical, especially given the location—far from London, in a high-risk area, and within a warehouse setting. The company has accomplished great things, and I truly believe they deserve an outstanding eCommerce team.

2 interviews, simple process, one with the financial director with Skype, the other with general manager and accountant both interviews very friendly and not in depth, just have to make a good impression, no skill tests or presentation needed
